David Miliband's nationwide tour sparks Labour leadership speculation

David Miliband, the Foreign Secretary, is planning a regional tour of Britain - sparking fresh speculation about his leadership ambitions.    Downing Street was not informed about the series of visits, which are being billed as a means of educating the public about the work of the Foreign Office. A spokesman for Gordon Brown said the Prime Minister would be "relaxed" about any meet-the-public British road show by his rival. But such a tour by a Foreign Secretary would be unprecedented, and is being viewed by MPs who have come to hear about it as a clear sign that Mr Miliband is seeking to broaden his appeal ahead of a leadership bid.
Rumours about the tour emerged after Foreign Office officials complained to counterparts in other departments about having to work on a project so nakedly unconnected to their usual duties. A senior minister who learned found out about the plans by accident, said: "It is just so blatant. Whoever heard of a Foreign Secretary touring the UK? This is obviously all about David positioning himself for a future contest."
An aide to Mr Miliband sought to play down the tour, saying: ``This is at a really early stage. There is an idea in the pipeline but it will not just be David. It is a vague plan that might not happen.''
The timing of the tour has yet to be agreed. Officials drawing up plans for the visits were under the impression that it could take place as early as this August, but the aide said it was unlikely to be that soon. Mr Miliband considered challenging Mr Brown for the Labour leadership in he months before Tony Blair stood down as Prime Minister last year, but was said to have held back amid concerns at his lack of experience of top office.  At the time, he had never attained a more senior post than Secretary of State for the Environment, and as a relatively new MP, having entered Parliament only in 2001, he was aware that he had a far lower public profile than Mr Brown. His appointment to Foreign Secretary was seen as a smart move by the new Prime Minister, keeping the main threat to his authority away from the domestic policy arena which might have allowed him to build a higher recognition factor. With Mr Brown faltering so badly following Labour's wipe out at last month's local elections and the loss of both the London mayoral election and the Crewe and Nantwich by-election, and the amid talk of possible leadership challenges, Mr Miliband is increasingly being talked of as the leading contender to replace him. And while it is almost certain that he will not challenge the Prime Minister outright, the news that he is planning a regional tour will fuel speculation that he is positioning himself to be ready if and when a vacancy emerges. After the Crewe defeat, the Foreign Secretary denied he was preparing for a contest, saying he was: "not in the market for any job other than the one I have got at the moment". But his words failed to damp down speculation after he went on to set out his belief that the party needed to remain true to the New Labour philosophy of Mr Blair.

             Are you open for business or have you retired?   Has Prime Minister Brown leaned on you too?   Have you done anything about Chiltern District Council’s failure to provide copies of the old Rates Valuation Lists by which we mean to show that land was stolen from our associates with the assistance of Thames Valley Police and condoned by its police authority, its chief constable and its professional standards department?
             You have still done nothing about Westminster City Council’s failure to identify its swindling “Chief Financial Officer” for its housing benefits department.   This is important because the criminal whom we believe to be responsible is now with London Mayor Boris Bonkers Johnson and is presumably promoting the same activity.
             We now add an application related to Mr Alex Salmond, Scotland’s First Minister, who refuses to answer the questions in our accompanying letter dated 22 May 2008.   His attempts to avoid answering are typically Masonic.
             Since we are of the view that you should be put out to grass we are copying this correspondence to the Prime Minister.   Can you suggest how your office (with a new commissioner) could order the Right Honourable Gordon Brown, MP to state whether he resorted to bribery and blackmail in order to secure support for the 42-day detention period for suspected terrorists?   Such behaviour would constitute misconduct in public office and could lead to the dismissal of Sir Ian Blair, Metropolitan Police Commissioner.
             Compared with the financial corruption in Iraq and Afghanistan our complaints are insignificant.     Mr Brown should be reminded that our young men are being killed daily in two military spheres especially when it is clear that the longer we stay there the worse the situation becomes.    Our involvement results in a greater threat of terrorism in the UK.   His own life is at risk from back stabbing by, inter alios, Shimon Milliband and his Injustice Minster Jack Strawman Straw.

              P M Brown has been stabbed in the back by members of his own cabinet, who have publicly blamed him for destroying Labour’s lead in the polls.
             And leading the assault is Justice Secretary Jack Straw, who lays into his boss in a here’s Johnny-style hatchet job that’s straight out of Jack Nicholson’s Shining film.
             In Channel 4 documentary: Where Did It All Go Wrong? , Mr Straw blasts Brown over the General Election climb-down in November and says ministers are tired of his dithering. <CUT>

             It is now after midnight.
We tried to remove the battery from the car.     The wing nut retaining the negative terminal had been broken and the battery changed.   Removing the negative connection was exceedingly difficult.   We have still to remove the battery because we could not loosen a bolt.   Bear in mind that we had previously installed the battery and had removed it on several occasions to give us access to the fuel filter.
             This sort of behaviour goes far beyond the usual dirty tricks that are common amongst MOT garages.
             We had to purchase this car because our last car was effectively stolen by KWIK-FIT and MBS Motors of Acton Lane.   The insurers (SAGA) refused to compensate us or deal with the thieves.   After one year and mountains of correspondence Saga refunded our insurance premium but even then HBOS falsified our bank account.   The Metropolitan Police protected the wrongdoers and Ealing and Westminster Trading Standard officers did not acknowledge receipt of our complaint.
             It appears that our vehicles are flagged on Ministry of Transport records when we apply for an MOT and that we are victimised because we, a former Mason, are hostile to Freemasonry.
             If you find yourself compromised on account of your affiliations you should perhaps do what is right because this repeated corruption that has its source in Freemasonry will not only put an end to Freemasonry but will also put an end to the Crown.

Comment:    Mr Taylor appears to have been replaced by someone named N S Bilon whose letter is unsigned pp N S Bilon.   Perhaps we got Taylor’s name wrong as a result of the confabulatory tactics of the scum who claim to govern us but who are making our country a good base for emigration.   The sex of Bilon is unknown but the anonymous letter writer accuses us of insulting the office staff, of racism and of all the politically incorrect offences in the book.   We have allowed Bilon a few days to put his/her house in order over the behaviour of Motorway Services Limited, a company that also enjoys protection from Trading Standards officers.   Like those of Ealing, Westminster and Rotherham they make a mockery of their function and are supported in this by the Office of Fair Trading.
             Nowadays it matters not to whom you complain or what you complain about you get a whole lot threats liberally strewn with falsehoods.   The police in particular are almost childish is their story telling - further confirmation that many policemen are not the sharpest tools in the box.
 
Speech by Archbishop of York in February 2007
 
The Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu, yesterday compared the government of this country with Uganda, his country of birth, under Idi Amin, and described Britain as veering towards a police state. I would not put it so starkly, but he does have a point.
It is little more than a year since Tony Blair tried to tell us that the right to lock people up without trial for 90 days was essential to our security. The claim came in the aftermath of a terrorist attack that left more than 50 dead. This same claim was again made last week - after frightening accounts of a plot to behead British citizens were splashed across the front pages. So it is timely to consider how much truth there was in those bald assertions last year. Are such draconian measures necessary? Indeed, are they effective at all, or could they have the opposite effect to that intended?
If, for example, we arrested an innocent Muslim man and did not release him for 90 days, we would create enormous resentment against the state - in the man, his family, his friends and his entire community. At best we would make it even more difficult for M15 to recruit agents in the community, as the operation at Forest Gate has already done. At worst we would create a recruiting sergeant for terrorism. <CUT>

Dear Mr Davis,
We congratulate you in bringing to the attention of the public the unscrupulous behaviour of the Mr Brown in using bribery and blackmail to push through his measure on the 42-day detention of suspected terrorists before having to lay charges.   It may interest you to know that Jonathan Aitken’s one time girl friend, Dianne Abbot, MP, supported you and also alleged that Mr Brown had been guilty of misconduct in that he, for example, asked one Labour MP if there was anything he/she required in his/her constituency.
Surely there is prima facie evidence that Mr Brown has been guilty of misconduct in public office.   Why haven’t you asked the police to investigate?  They should also investigate EDF that has Mr Brown’s brother on its board.   With a German company it overcharged the UK £18 billion for gas.    Mr Brown, as Chancellor of the Exchequer, was interested only in the increased tax to the exchequer while punishing the poorest sections of society about which, as a devout son of the manse, he cared deeply.
You appear to be overlooking the propensity for the police to fabricate evidence and how the police are being used to ensure that they effectively determine the outcome of cases in the civil courts.   Fathers for Justice have cause to go to extreme lengths to publicise the corruption in the Family Court.
We spent 2 years in Armley Prison on remand following a police frame-up.   The Recorder at Wakefield Quarter Sessions kept interfering while we summed up.   The jury acquitted us within minutes.   There was no compensation.    In London we had a visit from Special Branch warning us not to criticise Lord Hunter, a member of the Grand Lodge of Scotland.    We were then charged with a number of offences related to dishonesty in financial matters.   Again the judge was caught out and was obliged to sum up on our behalf.    The jury immediately acquitted us.   Why bother about 42 days of detention when the legal system can find innocent people guilty on fabricated evidence?
If you dig you may find that Mr Brown is behind the decision of the Monster Raving Loony Party and the untalented Kelvin Mackenzie to stand against you.
What about Mr Johnson the Mayor of London sacked by schoolboy Mr Cameron from a ministerial post and then approved for the position of Mayor?   Mr Johnson has gathered around him a gang of charlatans mostly from Westminster council.     What about Lady Porter the corrupt former leader of Westminster City Council?   No Tory MP raised questions about the secret agreement that gave her immunity from prosecution and allegedly allowed her to pay only £12 million of the £42-£49 million she owed to the people of Westminster.    Westminster C C is a Tory council and is currently swindling us out of benefit and permitting contracts for development at a prohibitive cost to three preferred contractors with the apparent approval of the Office of Fair Trading.
We could write a book about the corruption in the Labour Party and in Tory Westminster City Council.
When you are returned as a member of parliament we will be asking you if you are a Mason and a member of Common Purpose.

Comment:   PM Brown is again riding roughshod over the decision of Denmark, France and Ireland to oppose the European Treaty, which is virtually the same as the European Constitution.   He promised a referendum on whether the United Kingdom would agree to the terms but as is his custom failed to have any regard for decency and democracy.   Perhaps he has a special interest in aligning himself with France and accepting a post in the French Company EDF where his brother has been able to guarantee EDF immunity from prosecution or sanctions as EDF turns contractual agreements upside down.   Nowadays it is impossible to keep up with the changes in regulatory authorities many of which duplicate each other’s roles and all of which are intent on protecting big business or the authorities at the expense of the humble citizens.    Brown should disguise himself and go out and listen to the man/woman-in-the- street.  The consensus is that our country is a cesspit of stinking politicians of all parties rushing headlong to civil war.   They all have their dirty snouts in the same trough.
             Interestingly former P M Blair appears to have acquired another £1/2 million property for his son who has yet to start work as a trainee with the Morgan Stanley bank.   The same son was found drunk in the gutter at Leicester square when he was an under age drinker.   He gave the police a false name.   Like father like son.

             On a 328 bus from Kilburn Park tube station to Westbourne Park tube station – message over the in bus speaker.   Pickpockets are known to operate in this location.   Passengers start hiding their valuables.    Then passengers are warned to get their tickets and bus passes ready for inspection.   There was much activity in pockets and bags while eyes kept a lookout for pickpockets.  No inspection occurred.   Bonkers has a new idea every day just like the Prime Minister.

             (Repeat) “You have yet to acknowledge receipt of correspondence.   You may still be at the mercy of Rodger’s crooked staff.   As a result we must again circulate this letter to others in the hope that someone will keep you informed.”
             We will fax this letter to Prime Minister Brown and to Justice Minister Straw because it is their failure to tackle corruption even in Conservative organisations that has caused our benefit swindle problem.   In addition the criminal has had the help of the Information Commissioner who did not require him/her to divulge the name of the Chief Financial Officer responsible for dealing with Housing Benefit.   We have concluded that the guilty party was Peter Rodgers your predecessor on account of his behaviour before he joined forces with London’s Mayor.
             It was Rodgers who deprived us of our benefit refund and you have tried to protect him by passing the buck to City West Homes Limited and its Chief Executive Brian Johnson.   A female with a City West Homes telephone number has ordered us to go to the estate office and sign an agreement to enable her to lodge the money owed to us into our bank account.   We have also to give her our bank details failing which she cannot pay us the money due to us.    We have informed Johnson that we are due a refund for the period commencing 18 September 2006 or earlier and finishing on 13 November 2007 plus or minus one week and we have asked him to instruct his female employee to let us have details in writing of the money due to us and to confirm that she will pay us by cheque.
             Will you please have the decency to respond to correspondence or even allow one of your staff to respond on your behalf?   Otherwise we will have to conclude that your are yet another cowardly corrupt member of the Craft.    We will copy this also to the Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England, HRH the Duke of Kent and to the Grand Secretary because they know that behaviour such as yours and that of your predecessor brings further discredit on Freemasonry.

Comment:   We have repeatedly stated that Osama Bin Laden could obtain a council tenancy and garages to store his bomb making equipment in Westminster council estates.   One manageress stated that government dictated what she was doing.   Her predecessor, an Asian male resigned after the council’s ALMO, City West Homes Limited, expected him to fabricate a list of people who had voted.   Shortly after he resigned the council’s maintenance man, Dirty Denton, tried to run us over with a large wheelie bin loaded with documents.

(Rogers has been replaced by Michael More)   Livingstone played the race card over the allegation that he has been squandering millions of pounds on the black community.   He offered an accounting for the sums spent – known as creative accounting.    His successor will let him off the hook as he feathers his own nest.
             Something must be done about corrupt policemen if we are to survive as a democracy.   We must also have a Bill of Rights, a Grand Jury and a written constitution.   The Privy Council must be dissolved and Freemasonry proscribed.
. We blame the Judaeo Masonic faction for the fact that our legal system is absolutely corrupt.     Others blame MI5 and MI6.    Others blame the establishment.    The probability is that all three culprits work as a homogenous unit.   Now we know that Common Purpose is involved.
